The skewer is 1 piece 1200mm long, 8mm wide and made from stainless steel. This BBQ Spit Kit also comes with 2 stainless steel prongs to secure your food and a guide bush to ensure the skewer rotates smoothly on the supplied universal BBQ rotisserie mounts .

Spit Roast Tip – Alway make sure your meat is balanced on the skewer. Any issues that can occur with spit roasting usually stem from unbalanced meat on the rod. Take a little time to balance your meat then you’ll have a hassle-free cook.
