How to Prepare Pork Belly Bao Buns using Flaming Coals Cyprus

Step 1 – Put your pork belly in the Flaming Coals Rotisserie Basket after seasoning it with Slow Burner BBQ Tenka Suru.

Step 2- Fill the Flaming Coals Cyprus with your chimney of charcoal, then secure the rod and basket to the skewer mount.

Step 3 – Chop your cabbage, carrot, spring onions, and chillies, and set aside.

Step 4 – Combine honey, ponzu sauce, and tonkatsu sauce in a bowl and stir well to make the sauce for your pork belly.

Step 5 – After cutting the pork belly into cubes, pour your sauce over it.

Step 6 – Reheat your buns (either in the microwave or by steaming).

Step 7 – Using the cabbage, carrot, spring onions, and chiles, start assembling your bao buns. If desired, include mayo.
