How to Roast Legendary Potatoes Using Auspit Spitmate

Procedures on cooking Roasted Potatoes:
- First, parboil your potatoes for no longer than 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure not to overcook them.
- After that, take from the water and pat dry with a paper towel or let it air dry.
- Apply a generous amount of oil, rosemary, and salt before mixing together in a bowl.
- For 45 minutes to an hour, roast the potatoes in the Spitmate over hot coals.
- Take the now roasted potatoes from the Spitmate, serve with your favourite meal, dig in, and enjoy!
