The Best Recipe for Crispy and Delicious Chicken Nibbles

Method

  1. Prepare your chicken nibble first. Put them out on your bench and use a paper towel to pat them dry. You can get a crispy skin by doing this!
  2. Next, generously sprinkle the nibbles with Knuckle Cracker All Purpose BBQ Seasoning. Don’t forget to cover the edges and sides.
  3. The Tenka Suru BBQ rub from Slow Burner BBQ will then be used to enhance the flavour. Again, remember to cover all sides.
  4. Let the rubs to absorb by your wings for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Put your nibbles in the rotisserie cage (basket). To produce the optimal tumble motion, 2-2.5kg of chicken is the perfect serving size.
  6. Use your preferred method to ignite your lump charcoal.
  7. Turn on the motor after placing your skewer onto the spit with a rotisserie cage attached.

8. Your wings are safe to eat after they probe at a temperature above 165 degrees Fahrenheit or 75 degrees Celsius!

9. Take the meat off the spit, put it in a big bowl, and then cover it with Kosmos Q General Tso Wing Sauce.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
