The Jumbuck Mini Spit’s tips for Rotisserie Salmon

There is no need to look further if you want to rotisserie cook salmon. In this blog, we’ll walk you through the steps for making this delicious dish. Salmon is a lean meat that is tasty and great for grilling on a rotisserie. It is easy to make and  also looks well when served at your next dinner party.

Method

  1. As a base, liberally rub the salmon fillet with Meat Graffiti ‘Vandal’ All Purpose Rub.

2. Next, season it with Lanes Chili Lime. Cover the salmon with both of the rubs.

3. Put your salmon fillet on the rotisserie basket then place on the Spit.

4. Fill the jumbuck mini spit’s base with lit lump charcoal from your charcoal chimney.

5. Turn on the motor after placing your skewer on the spit.

6 It’s time to check the interior temperature after 25 minutes. When the salmon reached 76 degrees Celsius, we took it out.
