3. After the chicken has been rubbed, thread it onto the Espetosul.

4. This should be a short cook, taking around 30 minutes. Let’s light the fire and start cooking.

Pro-tips: For an authentic charcoal flavour, we’re using Flaming Coals Lump Charcoal. Use a pair of heatproof gloves and have a charcoal rake on hand to shift the coals.

5. When your coals are piping hot, it’s time to get the Espetosul on the kettle BBQ.

When the coals are piping hot, start the Espetosul on the kettle BBQ.

6. After 30 minutes of cooking, your wingettes should have developed a beautiful colour. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully done. To be food safe, you should aim for an interior temperature of at least 75 degrees Celsius.

7. After they’re done. Remove the Espetosul Rotisserie from the Kettle BBQ and serve it right away.

So there you have it. A quick and easy meal with the Espetosul Rotisserie that will please the entire family!

It is entirely up to you how you complete the wings! Throw in some Lanes One-Legged Chicken sauce, sprinkle with Kosmos Q Wing Dust, or even transform them into Buffalo Wings.
