Roast Beef and Potatoes

Today, we’ll demonstrate how to use the Auspit Spit Rotisserie to quickly and effortlessly prepare this delectable dish. Enjoy your food by simply following these instructions!

- Olive Oil
- Salt, Pepper or your favourite Rub

First, lightly brush olive oil on the meat. Add your preferred seasoning after that.
Attach the meat to the skewer after seasoning, making sure to secure it with the prongs.
Cook beef over hot coals with the Auspit Portable Spit Roaster.
The side dish is now ready. Boil some potatoes. Season them and apply oil to them. Potatoes should be placed within the Spitmate basket and roasted for 45 to 1 hour.
When finished, take the meat from the fire and let it cool.
