Roast chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, stuffed with a savoury mixture of bacon and onions.

Ingredient:

  •  2 kg chicken 
  •  100g diced bacon 
  •  1 large diced onion 
  •  cloves of garlic cut into quarters 
  •  15g salt
  •  10g freshly ground pepper
  •  50g melted butter

Preparation:

  • Fill the chicken cavity with the bacon, onions, and garlic.
  • Brush the chicken with the melted butter and season with salt and pepper.

Cook Time:

  • 2.5 Hours

Hot Tip:

You can use a thermometer to check if the chicken is fully cooked by inserting it into the thickest part of the breast and making sure it reads 75 degrees.
