Ingredient:
- 2 kg chicken
- 100g diced bacon
- 1 large diced onion
- cloves of garlic cut into quarters
- 15g salt
- 10g freshly ground pepper
- 50g melted butter
Preparation:
- Fill the chicken cavity with the bacon, onions, and garlic.
- Brush the chicken with the melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
Cook Time:
- 2.5 Hours
Hot Tip:
You can use a thermometer to check if the chicken is fully cooked by inserting it into the thickest part of the breast and making sure it reads 75 degrees.
